Advanced diagnostic software for insulating fluid test data, including dissolved gas analysis, for high-voltage apparatus
TOA is a critical decision support tool that helps utilities and industrial facilities assess and diagnose the health of their high-voltage apparatus, such as power transformers. It provides crucial information for assessing the state of high-voltage apparatus and helps you make decisions regarding the maintenance, refurbishment and replacement of critical assets with confidence.
Scientific
With a scientific foundation built on 25 years of research, TOA provides the most correct interpretation of dissolved gas analysis (DGA) data available today. Our innovative Reliability-based Dissolved Gas Analysis correlates fault gas production with transformer failures by comparing transformers’ dissolved gas history with a statistical model developed from real-world reliability data.
Easy
TOA is easy to access and easy to use, delivering high-quality assessments of insulating oil test data (from manual testing or online monitoring data) to operations, maintenance, asset managers and enterprise systems. It quickly flags and assesses transformers with abnormalities, while avoiding false alarms.
Independent
Because Delta-X Research is not affiliated with any hardware manufacturer or service provider, you can trust that TOA is a truly independent decision support tool, processing data from any lab and online monitoring device.
Monitor Watch
Module for managing and interpreting online monitor data
TOA’s Monitor Watch option manages and interprets online monitoring data from any manufacturer’s DGA monitor to deliver high-quality DGA results to operations, maintenance, asset managers and enterprise systems in real-time. And because TOA handles both lab and monitoring data, it provides consistent interpretation of DGA data, regardless of data source.
Conventional DGA applies simple limits to online monitor data, which produces many false alarms. But with Monitor Watch and Reliability-based DGA, maintenance teams can be confident that notifications of equipment requiring additional or urgent attention are truly critical events. Monitor Watch also evaluates the quality of monitor data to detect early signs of sensor deterioration or other problems, so staff can ensure that the safeguards are working at their optimal levels.
