The TOA 2024 winter release adds two-step authentication (2SA) to your TOA account. This added security measure requires users to verify their identity through two independent methods to access their TOA account, reducing the risk of unauthorized access to your data.
Once you activate 2SA – in addition to your regular password – confirm your identity by entering a verification code from an authentication app or one-time password (OTP). As a TOA administrator, you can also review which users have and have not activated 2SA, and if necessary, you can update your TOA Password Controls to enforce 2SA.
