TOA4 Online is an Internet web-based service based on the Delta-X Research Transformer Oil Analyst™ software, version 4.0. It is available by annual subscription and can be accessed via the Internet with any CSS-compliant web browser. No extra software is installed on the user's computer. It:
- Organizes and sorts equipment information and test data
- Interprets dissolved-gas and insulating fluid test data for power transformers and other liquid-filled electrical apparatus
- Provides a variety of reports and graphs to support basic testing, condition assessment, and maintenance tasks
- Shows which equipment has newly-received or unreviewed test data and which equipment may require further attention or testing
- Supports expert review of test results and write-protects reviewer remarks
- Provides ready-to-use analysis norms and supports development and use of own norms by subscriber
- Supports popular alternative insulating fluids
The TOA4 Online automatic data analysis includes:
- Dissolved-gas analysis (DGA)
- Oil quality analysis
- Moisture in oil
- Furans (including all 5 commonly measured furans)
- Particle counts and particle statistics
- Metals and trace elements in oil
- PCBs in oil
Dissolved gas analysis and fluid quality analysis employ up-to-date methods which have been mathematically enhanced to account for measurement "noise" often found in DGA data. Trends and rates of change are included in the analysis.
